Nice park with an abundance of cedar trees. The asphalt pads in a lot of sites is damaged and drops off significantly. Watch out, be careful as tripping, falling off these damaged areas could cause a major physical injury or even damage your RV if an axle or two drops off the pad.
Bathrooms are outdated and not maintained very well. In comparison to Live Oak in Belton which gets cleaned daily, these restrooms are forgotten and it shows

Our site backed up to the lake, which made for a nice setting. The park itself needs a lot of TLC. The covered shelter roof was full of holes. The shower facility was in poor repair. The location is great for visiting relatives in Georgetown, otherwise we would likely look elsewhere.

A wee bit tight for a 40' class A. They need to trim more branches. Site 31 was lovely, once we got the rig backed up without hitting the overhanging branches! Tight but nice!

Choose your site carefully as some are not very level, front to back. And some have very steep drop offs where pavement ends, making your steps high above the ground.
Other areas of the park are wonderful. Restrooms are always clean and trails are very good. Staff has always been friendly and helpful.

Took the camper out. Great amenities to include electric, water, shade structure with table, firepit, and restroom facilities. There is a pretty good trail.
