This is one of my favorite COEs. We go several times a year. Location is great, close to Dallas giving access to the big city. Staff is friendly and helpful. Park is clean. Sites are level and long. Bathhouses are typical for a COE, older but they keep them clean. There are paths that go from the loops to the bathhouses. Walmart is 10 minutes away.

Great park with lots of space. If they added sewer connections it would be top notch!

The site we had was what was 26 which was a pull through. It was on the lake side and a beautiful view. The site was clean and well-maintained. They had deer visit us for two mornings. The ducks and geese were fine also. I do wish there was a little more shade in that area.

Beautiful park and campground. Location is very close to a bustling suburb of Dallas, yet has the feel of being in the middle of the woods. Had a great spot (41) that backed to a trail and the lake. The entire area was well treed and very clean. Sites are large and have electric and water. All staff members we interacted with were awesome!

A beautiful park close to the city but still with a feeling of nature out in the country.

I love this place, it gives me the tranquility I'm looking for, it has everything I need, and it also has a boat ramp.
