What Guests Are Saying
Mill Creek offers a beautiful, relaxing environment with friendly park hosts and ample space for family activities, making it a great spot for camping. Many guests appreciate the clean facilities and scenic views of the lake, along with enjoyable playgrounds for children. However, there are concerns about the maintenance of the campground, including uneven sites, overgrown grass, and the need for repairs, which detracts from the overall experience for some visitors.

Mill Creek is a beautiful park! Last time we were here, we had electric issues running our air and this year when we arrived the electric pedestal had an open ground connection, so we had to be moved to a different site. The camp hosts were very friendly and helpful with the move!
When we went to dump, there was dried toilet paper all around the sewer drain.
The site pads are asphalt, but many are in disrepair. The site we were moved to had a big hole in the driveway and instead of filling it they put a big white rock in it and a red brick, which was a trip hazard!
Again…. This park is beautiful with all the pine trees, but it needs a lot of TLC and maintained better.
There were dogs running all over the park unleashed, and even though the beach was supposedly closed there were kids swimming!

The campground itself is pretty. The space between sites is nice, and there is plenty of trees and shade. The lake views are good and I didn’t experience any issues. The reason for only three stars is twofold. The first is the levelness of the sites, which is poor. My site as well as all those around mine had all are pretty sloped, some to a significant degree. The second issue is the showers. Of the four available in the bathhouse nearby, only two had a usable spray. But worse was how disgusting they were. Dead cockroaches and other bugs. Brown slime and clumps of hair around the drain. Just terrible. The bathrooms needed cleaning and upgrades as well. For health reasons I don’t recommend using them. The host was not the friendliest person either. Not my favorite COE’s park, but not the worst I’ve been in either.

I love going to Mill Creek Park the sites and park are clean and maintained, the staff are friendly and very helpful getting you to your site. The facilities are kept clean. This is a very nice place to come spend a week or weekend to relaxed fish, swim, walk, also a great place for kids.

2 of the volunteers couple are so helpful and friendly. Now the single man volunteer is not that friendly, never waves. But ignore him. The couples worked hard to keep sites clean.enjoyed our stay

I stayed 2 nights at the park in Brookeland Mill Creek. The park was clean, well maintained and beautiful. The restroom was clean and lighting good. I would recommend this park. I plan on returning.

Had electric and water hookups at our site, and bathrooms with running water and hot showers about 30 yards away. Grounds were kept clean. There's gas, groceries, and restaurants all with 10 minutes. Hiked the "Trail between 2 lakes", great time! Will be back!
