What Guests Are Saying
Sandy Creek Park is praised for its peaceful atmosphere, cleanliness, and well-maintained grounds, making it a favorite among campers. Guests appreciate the spacious, level sites, helpful staff, and beautiful views of the lake. However, there are concerns about the outdated restrooms and difficulties with the dump station, which could use some improvement.

Great campground. Nice, quiet and remote, with excellent lake front views. Road inside campground is new and in great shape. County road leading up to it was quite worn and rutted.

Peaceful and relaxing and friendly and away from folks that want nothing but drama. I will go back there. I loved it and my fur babies did too

Campground was mostly empty so it was very quiet. Weather wasn't the best, cold with lots of rain the one night. Only con was when I went to unplug the electric, the post was surrounded by standing water. We had site #46, most of the other sites were fine.

We really enjoyed our time at Sandy Creek!
Of course it would be nice to have a sewer hook up, but otherwise it was beautiful and peaceful. Go into Jasper and eat at the Cedar Tree. It’s the best!

The campsite was nice and in a great location. However, the park host across from site 72 has dogs that bark a lot. We ended up having to move to the other side of the park to enjoy some peace and quiet.
