What Guests Are Saying
Sandy Creek Park is praised for its peaceful atmosphere, cleanliness, and well-maintained grounds, making it a favorite among campers. Guests appreciate the spacious, level sites, helpful staff, and beautiful views of the lake. However, there are concerns about the outdated restrooms and difficulties with the dump station, which could use some improvement.

The layout of the grounds was beautiful and serene. I stayed in a fifth wheel at site 19, which was adjacent to a boat launch that creates a bit of activity, but I stayed during the off-season. All areas were clean, and maintained however, the bathroom and shower were dated with obvious signs of the presence of hard water.

This is a decent park. Showers not that great. Lots of sites on the water. nice drive to the dam and walk across. Roads are decent for walking or biking. Nice covered table. Fire pit and bbq. Nice sunsets.
