What Guests Are Saying
Twin Dikes campground is generally well-maintained, clean, and offers a peaceful atmosphere with beautiful lake views and friendly staff. Many visitors appreciate the helpful camp hosts and the serene environment, which is great for birdwatching and family relaxation. Some concerns include the need for maintenance on older sites and occasional issues with neighboring campers, but overall, guests enjoy their experiences and plan to return.

It was beautiful and everyone was friendly. A cold front blew in that night, so was definitely an experience. The tent held up and woke to a beautiful morning so marked it as a positive one. Definatly worth the drive from Houston.

Great camp with beautiful sites right on the lake. The host were extremely rude though. If you can get past that then it's a neat place to camp.

Found the park to be very clean and quite. Two bald eagles were flying the skies, what a treat. Public showers were hot and had good water pressure.

We brought our Troops of St George group out and had a great time. The beach was great for hiking, the boys canoed out to the islands, and the weather was perfect.

We had the only 50amp full hookup site, they need to add more. Fire ants and love bugs are plentiful.

Nice camping trip but our site 5 and all the sites need repair work. There is a serious drop off from pavement to table and could cause accidents. Park needs 50 amp and more Full hookup sites.

Well maintained and roomy park. Even though the office remains closed due to covid, online reservation, self pay for day use kiosk, and camp host bringing pass to us made visit convenient.
