What Guests Are Saying
Twin Dikes campground is generally well-maintained, clean, and offers a peaceful atmosphere with beautiful lake views and friendly staff. Many visitors appreciate the helpful camp hosts and the serene environment, which is great for birdwatching and family relaxation. Some concerns include the need for maintenance on older sites and occasional issues with neighboring campers, but overall, guests enjoy their experiences and plan to return.

Nice small park in the piney woods. It's kinda far away from things but you are right on one of the best lakes in the country.

Staff very helpful on relocating to another site. Just wished she would have said use the modify key. Other than that great. Wish twin dikes had wifi so we could watch tv. Oh bath house was very cold, but heaters in.

Clean, nice campground. Hosts are very friendly. Most campsites have a view of the lake. We were visited by a fat, friendly squirrel named Mary. We also saw black squirrels, and a variety of birds. Eagles soared over the lake.

Website had an error: it said sites 31-45 were closed for the season, when the correct answer was sites 35-45 were closed for the season (or something similar). This impacted us, as we had reserved and paid for site 32. Customer service was very helpful in straightening this out.
The camp hosts were super nice! The hiking loop was not well maintained and thus was perfect for mountain biking. It was pretty fun.

Please don't stay here. I like it too much. I don"t want you to book it so it's always available for me and my family. It's quiet and peaceful. There are no Karen's here or Debbie downers. The beach next to the 20 foot drop off due to recent storms is too too beautiful for the average human. Thanks for not booking any of these sites especially 21-28 as I will be returning more often now that i just found it. The evening sky was beautiful watching the sunset over the water from my chair on the beach. There is even a GOOD local gas station, restaurant and donut shop within 10 minutes. Bathrooms and shower rooms were extremely clean too. That is another reason I really don't want more people to discover this camp. The Hosts were great too... Karen's stay away
