We had a great time at Buckhorn Creek. If you have time you can visit Jefferson, Texas too they have some really good eating places and lots of unique shopping experiences too.

Place was very nice and clean. Shower was wonderful! Would like to see better areas to fish from the bank, too rocky.

This is a great campground. The hookups worked well. The site was clean and well maintained. The bathroom/showerhouse was clean and warm. The views were fantastic. A great experience.

Buckhorn Creek COE campground is a great campground. We stayed 5 nights in site # E101 R1 in a 36 ft. motorhome. Great site to view the lake and boat dock. Lots of room between campsites. Well manicured grounds. Restrooms are clean, but are need of repair and updating. This is the only thing that kept me from giving this park five stars. There are several full hook up sites at $32 per night. All sites are close to the boat launch.

Very nice park, lightly occupied on weekdays and in the winter. Restroom facilities were very nice, but painted floors need som new paint.
