We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Buckhorn! The sites are staggered and each row is a higher elevation, thereby allowing most every site to have a water view. The sites are also large and not close to one another! Restrooms/showers are within easy walking distance.

Really nice campground. Very well maintained and some sites now have sewer. Of course, we were there during the boil order. Fortunately, we received a warning before arrival so we had drinking water.

Just stayed 2 nights. Acorns falling on roof of motorhome overnight. Next time will stay in open area.

Park is clean and well kept. Just need more camping spots. All of the local Government and State parks are full this time of year. It is extremely difficult to find a place to camp.

We had to boil our water because of contaminated water from the well while we were there 10 days and then we found out that this has been going on for some time. Camp hosts said that there is a fix for this by connecting to the city water line.
