My stay was amazing and so peaceful!! My only complaint would be I feel like the tent areas need more sand in the area you out your tent on!!

Design of the park makes for close neighbors. We were in space 216 which was not level because the asphalt had buckled. But for a couple of nights, it was fine.
Bathrooms are single occupant shower/toilet in the one room. Wife likes that feature. I was afraid with only 4 of those it would be crowded, but we had no problems.

Neighbor in campground was dumping fish guts in a dumpster located right in front of our camper. This was a daily occurrence and the smell was so horrible that you could not sit outside. Reported to the employees at front gate and was basically told that was what they were supposed to do with the fish heads and we would just have to deal with it. Campground is in need of repairs and maintenance. Been camping here for years and it continues to get worse.

A pretty campground on the lake. Good power and some full hook up sites, however, the water was "not suitable" (water needed to be boiled before use) while we were there for some reason. Not an issue since we arrived with a full fresh tank because of that, but if a camper arrived unawares, it could turn into an logistical problem. The layout is good with many sites right on the lake shore, but there could be a problem for a very large rig (ours is a 35 fifth wheel) to turn around when exiting the campground, particularly if the campground is packed, so I recommend you walk a bit of the roads to figure everything out first. They had a tree trimming service there that was removing the old dead trees which opened up beautiful new vistas all around, which was great!

This is a beautiful campground. We set up on a point overlooking the lake and had a great view. The other campers we polite and non-disturbing (very quite). We discussed that this is a campground that we will try to return to on future outings.
