We enjoy this campground and frequently camp here. The attendant is very nice and welcoming and the sites are good. The only reason I did not give it an excellent rating is because the road from the dump has big potholes that stand with muddy water. I have to clean my trailer after going to the dump area. Hoping that this problem can be attended to so next time I can rate this campground with 5 stars.

Great place to just fish and chill. The beach is perfect for beaching the boat. All sand and plenty of trees to anchor to.

Plowman Creek is a great place to camp along the river section of Lake Whitney. Great host and staff. The dump station area needs improvements by replacing the hose bib/faucet and filling in some holes in the driveway. The hose bib/faucet leaks when you attach a water hose to clean out your holding tanks. It doesn't mater how tight you place the water hose on the faucet it leaks and the area becomes muddy. Something is wrong with the threads on the faucet. There is also a couple of holes in the driveway that needs some gravel. We always enjoy camping at Plowman Creek and we will be back.

What a beautiful park. It was clean and quiet. The RV spaces were nice and not too close to each other. The river front is clean and perfect for boating and fishing. We will definitely be back.

Great campground to see a lot of wildlife and fish on the river. We always enjoy our stay at Plowman Creek. Great host too!
