What Guests Are Saying
Lavonia is praised for its beautiful lake views and peaceful atmosphere, making it a great spot for campers. Many reviews highlight the friendly park hosts and the spaciousness of the sites, which provide a sense of privacy. However, maintenance issues such as overgrown grass, pothole-ridden roads, and inadequate restroom facilities detract from the overall experience, indicating a need for better management and upkeep.

New restrooms, excellent. Campsite very clean. Only minus campsites are very, very unlevel and very hard to level RV. My site wasn't too bad but others were.

If rain is in the near future don’t plan on camping here. They closed the park down the day I was supposed to go due to “flooding” which probably means the water was touching the grass.

We enjoyed the park it was quiet and the new bathroom facilities are nice. Some of the sites are very close to the lake so fishing was an easy walk from the trailer.

Great place to watch Comet Neowise. The lack of trees worked in our favor that way. The gate guy was patient and helpful.
