Tempi is wonderful. She's friendly, always makes sure you're taken care of, and does it with a smile on her face.
Austin is great. He's just as friendly as Tempi. These two are what customer service is all about. They will visit with you even if that's all you need to do.
Tony is always there to help if you have a problem with your RV site. And let's not forget Nevan. If there is a perfect place to stay, it's Texan RV Ranch.

Wonderful rv park! Was clean, quiet, everyone was extremely friendly. Both bathhouses were so much better than I was expecting. The ranch house had lots of fun stuff to do. Would definitely stay here again

We have stayed here a handful of times since 2020. It had always been our go to when coming to the Arlington area. However, never again.

I placed my reservation months ago. Paid for my spot. Then upon arriving asked if my husband had made it in yet. They confirmed that he hadn’t, but gave me our spot so I could go and wait. Awesome.

Then not even 5 minutes later he arrived. They started telling him he had to fill out a background check, and other paperwork and then wanted him to put down a card for incidentals. Not once did they bring any of this up when I called to make the reservation nor when I went in to check in. When I went back up front to see what was going on, the workers were now defensive and saying well what if you want to stay longer? To which I responded, we won’t. And then they said oh well then we will just cancel your reservation.

I stated great, provide me the receipt of my refund. They stated they would email that to me. And I said nope, I want the printed receipt before I leave.

Beyond rude. Overpriced for the run down spots. No tables or sit at or even any room to sit outside with your family.

Do not stay here. They don’t value the military members as we are a veteran family.

Save some time and go to Waxahachie or Garland. Just avoid this place.

I stayed here for 9 months in one of their cottages while working near by. I don't own an RV though I'd park here if I did. It was quite and peaceful. Far better than an AirBnB if you don't want to share a bathroom or kitchen and privacy. There's two bathhouse/ laundry rooms and a pool. Best of all, I didn't worry about my truck at night or my belongings while at work like a hotel or shared space. They also clean the cottage/ cabin once a week. I've got to add how great the staff are! Friendly, accommodating and made my home away from that much more enjoyable. I'm going to miss my little cottage.
