The campsite was great, restrooms were adequate, security was good (gate code needed in order to enter & gates locked at night, but the water level of Lake Belton was really low. The boat ramp near us was closed and we had to drive to find a spot to fish.

We had a good time. The site was clean and the attendants were helpful and courteous. Mother nature was the only problem.

Overall the place was awesome. We had a great time hanging out and the neighboring campsites were super chill and respected the peace. The restrooms were super clean as well as the shelters. Only problems we noticed was the water level was super low which obviously isn't anyone's fault, and the grills were super dirty. Out of the 3 campsites we rented, none of them had a grill clean enough to use. Would definitely recommend this place but just bring your own grill and don't expect to go swimming.

Some people speed through the campground. Not sure the showers are cleaned often. The showers had the same hair in the same spot a week apart. Eek
