We called on a Friday about 30 minutes before closing after buying our first RV, and the lady we talked to left us an envelope with directions to our spot and how to pay the next day. Awesome service just for that. The next day, I walked around the beautiful park drinking my coffee and oggling over all of the awesome trailers they had as residents. We paid our 2 night fee, got to meet a cat, and had a very pleasant conversation with the lady at the front desk. The river was low this time of year, but still beautiful. The park is located minutes from downtown Seguin on a straight stretch of highway that makes getting in and out very easy. The layout of the park is superb with plenty of room to get into your spot. We did not use the bathroom or laundry facility as we were only there for 2 nights. The park was very quiet the 2 nights we were there. Everyone we talked to was extremely nice and many waves were exchanged. This was an awesome experience and we will be back. The only downside is that there seem to be more long term residents than short term - or at least that's how it felt. I think it will be hard to get a spot in this park during the summer months - but we're going to try!
