What Guests Are Saying
Cedar Ridge Park is well-maintained, clean, and offers a peaceful atmosphere with beautiful views of Lake Belton. Guests appreciate the friendly staff, clean facilities, and spacious, well-prepared sites, making it a favorite camping destination. While some facilities, like restrooms and showers, could use updates, the overall experience is highly positive, with many looking forward to returning.

Ended up leaving at 3:15am because some man walked up to my tent asking if I was ok at 1am ! Walked to bathroom and his dog charged at us barking while he acted like he couldn't walk( knew he could bc I seen him when I arrived to the park walking just fine). He eventually got his dog and made weird comments like you need to tell someone when your going to the bathroom. Excuse me no sir. Smh. Reported it the next day to the office and park ranger idk what came of it. Still very uncomfortable feeling... And I go camping SO MUCH! I might try again one day, but definitely not a favorite place to go even tho it's the closest to my house.

Cedar Ridge is a beautiful & well maintained camp. The bathrooms are always clean, the sites are spaced well & it's location on the lake is prime! The only reason I didn't put 5 stars is because there were sugar ants everywhere which was annoying...

Place is Beautiful dont get me wrong! But we went to relax and get away for a few days and once we step foot on our site Ants we're everywhere. Had to go in to town to buy ant poison. Trying to get away from the city ended up where we were avoiding. Docks were broken, But staff were welcoming and kids loved seeing the deer.
