As soon as you drive up this campground is nice. The gatekeeper was friendly. You go past the gatekeeper and the scenery is beautiful, and clean. Our campsite was clean, quiet. The bathrooms and showers were kept clean. The camp rangers make there rounds which is a plus. I will definitely be back and tell others about this lake.

Lots of shade. We meet here due to the location being halfway for a large group of us. Had 13 total people and rented 3 campsites. Plenty of room for all our tents. Adults and kids love it.

Me and my family are new to this RV park. We loved the view, location and amenities. Was kinda bummed no full hook ups. Not not that big of a deal restrooms were close. Will definitely be back.

I Ike this park as it is just far enough away from the highway to be secluded but close enough to get into Temple or Belton in 10 or so minutes. Deer walk around each morning and evening while you’re enjoying the peaceful outdoors.
