Excellent views, large sites, great park overall. Planes are cool to see, not overwhelming as only a few go by.

We spent 4 nights in site 25. It was nicely raked upon our arrival & water pressure was great! Lake was down, but it was still pretty. We liked the first two loops best as they were higher up off the lake. Not all sites have picnic table covers& some sites in each loop have FHU. We enjoyed seeing & hearing the planes takeoff & land

We loved how clean the site was when we arrived. The detail down to raking the rocks was very nice.

We love the park and camp there a minimum of 2 trips per year. The reason for the three star review is due to the restrooms. I think the restrooms are so outdated, some showers not working and not being cleaned on a regular basis.
We were in the loop w sites #9 - #15. We were there 3 days and the restrooms weren't cleaned during our visit. Don't get me wrong, they weren't bad, it is just my opinion they should be cleaned daily.
Shower heads really need to be replaced. 2 of the 4 individual showers were locked and the 3rd didn't have a working shower head.
Regardless of this, we will always return. Our camp site had been prepared very well. The views are incredible and they offer full hook up in multiple sites.
This review is not intended to keep anyone from camping (as we will always come back) but is intended to bring to the attention to the COE the need for improvements to the restrooms.

This park and Screen shelter site 007 was the best. The view of the lake from the site was amazing. It was too windy suddenly by night till 2nd day of our stay.
- Shelters are big and have clean base but mesh inside has broken spots.
- 2 outlets weren't working
- Carry a broom to clean webs if you need to
- Overall site is well maintained.
- Bathroom is a bit far by walk. Esp for little kids or urgent need -carry a portable one if you can else a drive/bike to the nearest restroom.
- 2 showers were not working.
Loads of dry wood around can be used for a great campfire.
We loved our stay and would recommend and plan to come back in future.
