Sure wish we had 50amp. Dead trees need to be removed so limbs don’t fall on you ( or close to you)
Need someone at the gate house until gates are locked.

Midway Park offers a beautiful, well-maintained environment with shaded RV spaces, clean showers, and friendly staff, making it a great place for camping. Guests appreciate the peaceful atmosphere and scenic views of Lake Waco, as well as the helpfulness of the park hosts. However, some reviewers noted issues such as high grass, highway noise, and occasional rudeness from staff, indicating that the park could benefit from some maintenance and improved communication.

Great place for camping, lots of shade! Restrooms/showers need better up keeping, but not a deal breaker. Good bike trail nearby.

Friendly and quick at the entry point, shady space and fairly clean restroom! Great view of lake, small park but just what we wanted.

Its was good until maintenance turned off the water while I was in the shower. If someone is going to turn the water off for a planned shut off you should notify you customers.
Thanks Joe

Stayed in site 4 and 2 at Midway Park in Waco and both were excellent. They are more open sites with a Great Lake view.

Love the park but HATE the tall weeds and grass. They had a mower on a trailer in the parking lot but I never saw them use it. Guess it was there for looks, getting peoples hopes up. Workers in the hut are always very nice and helpful.

Nice little park with many shaded spots, but they don't mow. Had to walk thru 3 ft tall weeds to plug in electric and hook up water. Fire pit at our site was in really bad condition as was the wooden structure over the picnic table. I've never been to a place that charged $28-42 per site and didn't do simple maintenance like mowing. Why not? Boat ramp, dock and parking were nice. Some of the sites seemed level but many (most?) were not.
