Overall it was a great trip. We had all the spots on the road so it was secluded. Had a place to access water sort of and a place to tie the boats and just leave them there all weekend. If you don't have the one spot on the point,you have to walk through another campsite to get to the water. Overall we had a great time. Swimming is a little hard but especially with small kids. I would definitely stay here again mainly because it's 5 minutes from my house. No sewer so if your gonna need to dump it's a bit of a drive with the wagon if you have one.

Very Quiet clean flat sites. Foliage harbored major mosquitoes. Did not sit around outside. Spraying against them would be nice.

Love the trails and new ones Only concern is when bikers ride the trails they need to know to stop an let the horses go by. Not all horses are used to bicycles. And can get someone(s) hurt.

I absolutely love the equestrian trails here! The campsites are close together but the two covered stalls make up for the cramped space. The lake is gorgeous! Such a beautiful place to camp! I pre-booked an entire week in May, I can’t wait to come back!

From I-35, take exit 330B Hwy 6 N toward Meridian for about 7 miles. After passing over the Lake on the Twin Bridges, take the Speegleville Road exit (second exit after the bridges). Turn right on Speegleville Road. After 1 mile you will reach a 4-way stop. Continue straight on Speegleville Road for about 2 miles and park entrance will be on the right.
Reynolds Creek is accessible from I-35 via exit 330B for Hwy 6 N, which is approximately 7 miles away. Speegleville Road provides direct access to the campground after exiting from Hwy 6.

Policies & Rules
General
- Park gates are locked at and do not reopen until . There is a night exit to leave after , but no vehicle entry between and .
- Maximum stay at Waco Lake Project is 14 days in any 30 consecutive day period, regardless of campground.
- Camping equipment is limited to one RV/Trailer and up to two tents per site or a total of three tents.
- Campsites are limited to 10 people per campsite, including visitors. No more than 4 vehicles per site.
- All visitors that are not camping must leave the campground by .
- Campsites must be kept clean, and trash collected at all times.
- All pets must be on a leash no longer than 6 foot at all times.
- Off-road vehicles not permitted
- No firearms, ammunition, fireworks, or weapons allowed in any area of Waco Lake.
- Fires are allowed only in designated rings and cookers. No trees may be cut for firewood. Fires are not permitted during burn bans.
- Don't Move Firewood: Protect your forests from tree-killing pests by buying your firewood locally and burning it on-site. Visit Dontmovefirewood.org for further information.
- Bounce houses are prohibited in all areas of the parks excluding reserved group shelters. A permit is required prior to the use of bounce houses at any group shelter (size limitations may apply). Bounce houses that include water features are prohibited throughout the entirety of the parks, including group shelters. Bounce houses must be attended by an adult at all times.
- Small swimming pools are permitted in the parks. Swimming pools may not exceed a water depth of 5 inches, height of 7 inches, width of 36 inches, and length of 36 inches. Swimming pools must be moved to a new location each day to prevent damage to the ground surface. Pools must be attended by an adult at all times unless the pool is empty.Waterslides, slip ‘n slides, and waterslide-like structures are prohibited in all areas of the parks.
