It a great park bathrooms are always clean but winter time the park doesn’t have park rangers to enforce the rules there was a group of 20 next to use that partied a lot we were just there for a nice relaxing weekend

Nice clean park. Site spacing is very nice. A little early morning noise from the truck traffic crossing the dam but we sleep with the windows open to enjoy the cool air. Lots of grass burrs in this part of the state so watch your dogs and your dogs.

Nice clean park. Site spacing is very nice. A little early morning noise from the truck traffic crossing the dam but we sleep with the windows open to enjoy the cool air. Lots of grass burrs in this part of the state so watch your dogs and your dogs.

It was wonderful We scheduled a weekend Upon returning home we scheduled 2 more trips Quickly they stay full We enjoyed all 3 trips the park is very well-cared-for the guards at the gate are amazing the land is clean and the lots are well placed and spaced also a great view of the water. We will be returning. ☆☆☆☆☆

W06 Excelente lugar para relajarse. Solo le falto podar el césped y en la ducha me encontré un escorpión mientras me duchaba. Por lo demás excelente. Lo recomiendo 100%.

From I-35 in Hillsboro, take Hwy 22 west 12 miles to Whitney, continue 7 miles past Whitney, and turn right before dam. Follow park road to 4-way stop. Turn left for West Lofers or right for East Lofers.
Lofers Bend West is accessible via US Highway 377, approximately 10 miles to the east.

Policies & Rules
Arrival & departure
- Gates have specific opening and closing times.
- Contact the Whitney Lake Project Office for information and burn ban restrictions.
Cancellation policy
- Reservation fees are non-refundable. For campsites, cabins, lookouts, yurts, group sites, and similar stays, we charge a reservation service fee of $8.
- Standard cancellations usually have a $10 cancellation fee. Customers can generally cancel before the check-in date online.
- Late cancellation rules differ by stay type.
- Individual campsites: cancelling after 12:00am local time the day before arrival usually means a $10 cancellation fee plus forfeiting the first night's fee.
- Cabins, lookouts, and yurts: cancelling less than 14 days before arrival usually means a $10 cancellation fee plus forfeiting the first night's fee.
- One-night reservations: a late cancellation usually forfeits the full amount paid, up to the total original reservation cost.
- Modifications are allowed before the cut-off window, but fees depend on the change. Changing to dates completely outside the original reservation dates may trigger a $10 change fee. Extending or shortening a stay that still includes original dates usually has no change fee, though refunds may depend on timing and facility rules. Switching to the same type of campsite for the same dates usually has no change fee, but price differences are charged or refunded.
- Early departures may or may not be refunded. At certain facilities, partial refunds may be possible if staff can mark the site available for other visitors. No refund is given for a night if the early departure is requested after that day's check-out time.
- Security deposits are separate. Security deposits may be refunded to the original payment method if the facility is left in acceptable condition, as determined by the property.

- Fishing requires a valid fishing license at Lake Whitney parks.
Vehicles & parking
- Each campsite allows a maximum of three vehicles, excluding group sites.
Site types & loops
- ATVs and OHVs are prohibited.

- Purchase firewood locally and burn it on-site to protect forests.
