What Guests Are Saying
North Campground offers a beautiful and peaceful camping experience amidst stunning scenery and tall trees, making it a favorite among visitors. The facilities are well-maintained, with clean bathrooms, hot water, and good access to hiking trails and the visitor center. While some sites may not be completely level and the reservation process could be clearer, the overall atmosphere and thoughtful hosts contribute to an enjoyable stay.

Well maintained, and very convenient to the visitor center. The shuttle pick up and drop off is nearby, and I highly recommend taking the shuttle rather than driving to the sites. The amphitheater is a walk away. The RV dump station is at the south end of the campground, and that is not obvious when you drive in. If it matters to you, choose a site where your camper door faces away from the road as the roads in the campground are one way. We were there during astronomy fest! Definitely take the scenic drive and make the stops along the way back, And definitely do the combination hike between sunrise and Sunset points. We found the Ranger talks at Sunset really interesting. Go into the town of Bryce (you can shuttle here, too) and enjoy Huckleberry ice cream. We would stay here again!

Camp sites were well kept. Bathroom wasn’t cleaned/stocked regularly. Showers at the General Store were great. Camp Hosts patrolled regularly and were friendly. Park Rangers also patrolled regularly.

Campsite was roomy and private, with partial shade. The campground is within walking distance to trailheads and sunrise/sunset viewing. Bryce is a beautiful park and we would definitely camp here again.

We had a great time at this campground… It was very clean and had excellent access to nearby trails as well as water, restroom, and showers at the lodge.
My one complaint is the B loop camping spots for the RV. There is a one-way Lane that is a loop, however, most RVs are facing the wrong direction and must go in the direction opposite to the signs. Secondly, there are a few sites that are on a steep incline and more than chocks were needed to make sure the vehicle was secure. We met several people that had the same concerns and the biggest complaint was that this was not listed in the description of these sites

Super camping !

We stayed here three nights in late June / early July and had a great experience! The campgrounds were well maintained, and the bathrooms were clean! Everything is so close for hiking, general store, visitor center, etc. You have to get reservations far in advance, but it is very convenient to stay at the campgrounds on site.

Unfortunately I ended up by some wonderful but noisy kids. They belonged there as much as I did but made my peaceful stay moot.
