What Guests Are Saying
North Campground offers a beautiful and peaceful camping experience amidst stunning scenery and tall trees, making it a favorite among visitors. The facilities are well-maintained, with clean bathrooms, hot water, and good access to hiking trails and the visitor center. While some sites may not be completely level and the reservation process could be clearer, the overall atmosphere and thoughtful hosts contribute to an enjoyable stay.

Poorly built campground, no level sites, very very restricted generator times. Can't say enough about how poorly this campground is designed and built. In general sites are better for tents than RV's Loop A. Save your self pain and agony and stay just outside the park in one of the private camps designed for RV's

Excellent location. Saw a lot of mule deer along the road in the morning. Facilities were great, only downside was not a lot of privacy between sites.

The campgrounds were nice and so were the heated restrooms. I really enjoyed the stay. Only thing I would’ve changed is it was kind of hard to back into the spot because of the angle.

Nicely placed campsites. Loved that it was a short walk to an overlook.

The BEST bathrooms! Lights were on and it was warm! No bugs or spiders crawling around. Plenty of space at the spot. Will definitely stay again.

Campground host was helpful and friendly. Environment and area was great. It is a shame that a more efficient and fair system for finding space in the campground has nor been developed -- for example. my neighbours decided to leave early because of bad weather (cold rain, wind, etc) so their spot remained open and yet the campground was rated as "full" so nobody could take that space. The weather was sufficiently persuasive that many spaces remained open that night!
