Point Supreme Campground at Cedar Breaks National Monument is second to none for star viewing. Named an International Dark-Sky Park in 2017, its views of the Milky Way, stars, and constellations is nothing short of spectacular. Sunsets are great, too!

Great campground and host Jerry was great. The only problem was there were a lot of big families this trip and the kids were out of control. It is normally quiet and tranquil. Maybe the rangers or hosts can give a little nudge to people in order to keep the campground tranquil and relaxing versus a Chucky Cheese type of environment.

Lots of dogs. A nice campground with good facilities, but with the allowance of pets, approximately half of the campsites had dogs. Some were very friendly and well-trained, others ran off leash through the surrounding meadows, chasing animals and barking until late at night. If you like dogs, this will rate higher for you. As a family with a toddler, the off leash dogs and barking made walking around the campground scary for our little one and made sleeping difficult at night.

When we arrived, the parking place was not flat (we have a tent on the top of our vehicle) and the host let us know we could not use a flat area that was nearby. We ended up getting a site at a campground near Navajo Lake.

This is one of our favorite campgrounds. It is small, quiet, and quaint. This is the perfect place to unplug as cell phone service is very scarce. We have AT&T and have no reception in the campground, but as soon as we are out of it near the visitor center, we can get a bar of service. It’s a beautiful and refreshing escape from the Las Vegas desert. Star gazing is so wonderful here, the night sky is so clear and you can see so many stars. If you visit, try to do that during the wild flower festival! All the colorful wild flowers is a site you’ll never forget. The hosts are always so kind and helpful. The campsite is clean every time we have stayed. The bathrooms are always clean and the free showers is a HUGE perk. I could live here, if I was allowed to. Hahaha

We love Cedar Breaks, and this campsite is small, beautiful, and quiet. Visitors can easily hike from the campsite to the visitors center, though better footpaths would be preferable.
Also, there is only one toilet building for the whole campsite, which means only one toilet stall for all men/boys at the campsite. This is a big problem, especially when families are camping with young children. At least two stalls are needed in both men and women restrooms.

We loved this spot! We arrived after dark so we didn't know what our surroundings looked like until morning, but once it did it was beautiful. Our site was spacious and near the bathroom (but not too near) and the bathroom and showers were extremely clean and well maintained. It was very cold that night but it didn't bother us since we were in such a lovely place. The drive up to this park and campground is rather steep but nothing you can't handle. The park is small but the colors are so impressive and we can't wait to return in the future.
