We camped here on our way from Las Vegas to Yellowstone National Park. It’s a beautiful campground, and our tent was set up right next to the river—the sound of the flowing water was absolutely amazing. Even in early August, the nights were a little chilly. The only downside was the restroom; we really wished it had flush toilets. My little one refused to use it because there were so many bugs inside. Still, for a short stay, I would definitely recommend this campground.

It was great! The cows are gone now which is a huge improvement. The new camp host, Chuck, is very friendly, helpful and nice. It's been a dry year and it's very dusty which we haven't experienced in the past, especially when a car drives down the road fast. We had a great time!

The reservable camper loop is narrow and you will experience both foot traffic and other vehicular traffic. Just a work to the wise. However the proximity to the creek more then makes up for the occasional car traffic.
