I reserved a group site with a COVERED PAVILLION. I knew it might rain and we had people coming from SLC. Luckily it didn't rain because the cover to the pavillion was not there. Just poles. No roof. I remember years ago that the roof caved in but I thought for sure that they would have replaced it by now. And most definitely wouldn't advertise it and make me pay for it. But they didn't say a word, and they did charge me the full price. Ran into the camp host and he said they are just a third party and YOU won't pay them to fix it so they don't. Nice.
Please do something about group site 51 at the Willow Flats Campground. This is one of our favorite places and this group site is closest to the trailhead to the spring, our favorite hike. I hate to see it left like this. There were also many bridges that had gotten washed out by the high water last year and it's just so sad. This USED to be one of the nicest campgrounds around. Not any more.....

We were right near the river which was nice. It was quiet mid week, lots of hiking opportunities. There were cows that roamed through the campground which got my dogs barking which scared them off. We were in 45 that WAS NOT HANDICAPPED FRIENDLY. There were other sites that would have been better suited to handicapped campers. It was also close to several group sites that might have been noisy if they were ocupied.

The site is right next to the river. There wasn’t much shade. The area around the picnic table and fire pit were washed out.

Things were better this year than last year. There were no longer any cattle wandering around the campground, which made it nice.
