The cabin is in a beautiful area. It was clean, and had electricity and water - even a toilet and shower! We loved it.

Finally no cows this time. I’ve been here before with dozens of cows in the vicinity. Cabin is great but wall heater doesn’t work properly. Didn’t need it. Lovely views. However nearby campers and ATVs were noisy.

Best ranger station I have stayed in so far. Many upgrades, wheel chair accessible bathroom, wonderful shower, nice kitchen, beautiful back country view! Clean! Enjoyed our stay so much, I believe we will return again soon. The only problem were the pesky flies. So many places to explore, you will love it too!

Both cabins are nicely set up with pots, pans, dishes, and silverware. Be prepared to cut your own firewood as not much is supplied generally. Hot and cold running water is very nice, as is having a shower and flush toilet. No refrigerator in either cabin and the oven in both cabins are not easy to use. Mammoth's is temperamental and the lake cabin's doesn't seem to work at all.

Fantastic Location. Absolutely beautiful setting and the amenities are an added bonus for a ranger station. Less time setting up a tent in the wilderness so more time doing things!

Great location and nice cabin. Would enjoy staying here again. Solar power provided plenty of power for the cabin.
