Old Folks Flat is a peaceful campground with great facilities, ample space, and well-maintained sites. Visitors appreciate the quiet atmosphere, proximity to nature, and regular ranger presence, which enhances safety. Been going here and this site for 7 years and love it! Always kept clean and the new renovations are awesome!

Unfortunately the fire pit is way, way too large. Don't understand why the toilets at site 9 have not been updated to flush toilets as the others are.

Small sites, someone was in about 2/3 of our site w/a travel trailer, looked like a camp host, so we couldn’t get into our site, they weren’t there to ask to move, so we had to go somewhere else, and lost our money. Said they were drive up sites and not suitable for trailers, but there sure was one there.

The campground is nice but has poor signage and layout. You have to drive through other’s campsites to get to yours. The bathrooms are clean and have very big fire pits. It is next to the highway, fortunately it wasn’t busy early in the year.
