This is a great site and beautiful setting. We had visited the same site two years ago. At that time there was a campground host. This year (2021) there was no host. We had some very noisy group campers in an adjacent site who "kept it up" until the early morning hours, two nights in a row. Based on their license plates and late departure on Sunday, we assumed they hadn't come from too far away. Hopefully they will put a host back at this site next year and campers will be more respectful of their neighbors.

This is a great site at Old Folks Flat - we were in Group Site #1. The picnic tables, food prep area and fire ring area were terrific. Be careful as to the size of RV you want to park at the site. While it looks like there is plenty of room for 3 or four RVs or trailers, manuevering them into the parking area is a significant challenge. This is due to trees very close on the inside of curves, and posts and large rocks lining the roadside and parking area. These leave little to no room to back a trailer into the site. Other than that, the site was wonderful for our 3-night stay for a family gathering.
