My family has been camping at Sunrise for over two decades. Itβs such a beautiful campground and well maintained. The campground host this last season was wonderful and went out of his way to make sure campers were happy with their experience on the campground. I highly recommend Sunrise for camping if youβre in the Bear Lake area.

We really liked this place, the only thing was we had bad weather most of the time, but other than that it was nice. ππ»

Our Campsite was given away because we didn't leave anything on our site prior to touring the town. I was moved to a dfferent site further away from the 3 other families we reserved with. These reservations were done 3 months in advance. I wasn't even offered a refund of some sort. Was not very happy. All of this was done to accommodate a family that was participating in the town bike race.
Make sure you review the "No Show" Policy. There is a lot of information there that no one looks at because you aren't planning on no-showing.

Year after year, this campground is so well "hosted". Everything is always clean and tidy. Many of the sites have decent cell service (Verizon in my case) and I have been able to work remotely while my family goes to the lake to play.

The campground is beautiful and fairly close to Bear Lake. The camp host was friendly and helpful. We want to come back again next year. Be aware of the large ant hills all over the place. The red and black ants bite and sting.

Great campground and site. Some clearing taking place at sites to improve. Perfect location for some mountain hikes and easy access to Bear Lake. Will stay again in the future.
