Rick, the camp host, does an exceptional job of taking care of the restrooms and campsites. He is the most friendly of all the camp hosts we've met. Wish you had more like him!

Great camping & RV experience. Excellent trailheads close by, really clean and well kept campsites and restrooms. Bathrooms somehow smelled lovely (how do you do that?). The camp host Rick, cleans each site after folks leave, he really kept the place tidy and nice. He also helped us work out a parking challenge. Lake was beautiful but is low this fall (but fishermen were still having good luck fishing.). Really a nice experience.

Amazing little campground! The camp hosts were amazing. One of the cleanest best taken care of campgrounds we have ever stayed at!

We love the Washington Lake group spots. We stayed in Kennedy for 5 nights and booked Hoover part of the time due to the number of people we had in our group. Rick and Joni are amazing campground hosts-they let you know the rules as soon as you get there and if you are courteous and considerate you will have no issues. They do a great job ensuring each party can enjoy their stay. Despite how busy Mirror Lake Highway and the areas surrounding the Washington Lake group sites are Rick and Joni keep the traffic out! The only issue we ran into this year was the group in Jefferson (shared with Hoover) took our Hoover parking spots and were really loud after curfew. We spent most of the time in the Kennedy spot so it wasn’t a huge issue but Rick addressed it and took care of it. We look forward to our visit every year! Thanks Rick and Joni!!
