This is a beautiful campground in a beautiful National Park. The sites are spacious and you have ample space between neighboring sites. It is so quiet here and you can get to many trails quite easily. This is one of our favorite campgrounds.

Beautiful campground! The sites were large and private. The bathrooms were well-stocked and there was drinking water. A great hiking trail took off directly from the campground.

Magnificent area, one of our favorite National parks. We were fortunate to secure a spot in the Needles district since there are not a lot of rv sites. It was perfect.

I think it was mostly our fault that we didn't realize that the Needles District Visitor Center was like more than two hours away from the Island in the Sky Visitor Center. Our GPS just took us to Island in the Sky. We arrived when it was getting dark, and then realized that we were at the wrong Campground from our reservation. It was God's grace that a group from France let us share their campsite for that night. That campsite, in the Island in the Sky campground, was quite nice and we appreciated it...

Incredible campground and park. We went in August and the campground was very quiet. We were in site 27 and it was perfect. No other campers were close and there was beautiful rock scrambling on all sides. The views were spectacular. When we were there in August, there were rain showers every afternoon and that cooled things off. The bathrooms are clean and have water, but no power. Would return here in a heartbeat. Zero cell reception. Water was potable but tastes funky. We ended up buying bottled gallons at the visitor center. Just outside the park there is a private campground where you can buy ice. That's about 20 minutes from our campsite. Spectacular hikes!

We had a very enjoyable visit at Canyonlands.
The park Rangers were very helpful & friendly & helped to ensure we saw the beautiful scenery.
We enjoyed all of the trails that we were able to walk. We attended a talk by one of the Rangers in the evening & she was very knowledgeable & interesting.
