Clean campground! Sites are a bit cramped together as other people said but with such cheap sites, it’s worth it to reserve two next to each other so you have room to spread out! Camp host was friendly and helpful. During mid April it was very warm during the day (bring sunscreen!) and chilly at night (pack layers!) which made for the perfect weekend. I wish we had brought a tarp or something to create a little more shade but overall a great place to kick back and relax for a weekend under the stars.

Nice campground. were able to visit Anza Borrego State Park, hike the Eagle Rock trail. Had lunch one day in Julian and stopped by for pie al la mode at Julian Pie Co on the way home.

My campsite was clean and the fire ring was also cleaned out.

Nice little campground. The website was accurate on the sizing. If you have a larger RV it won't fit it looked like the tent campers were having a great time. The bathrooms were clean and well stocked.

There was a tranquil and clean campground. I stayed alone, but I felt there was safe.

Rick, the host, is someone we've seen for many years. He's the best. Oak Grove is fortunate to have him. We had snow, snow and more snow. We've been coming to Oak Grove for decades and have never had snow before. What a great experience!

Enjoyed the campground ... peaceful, camp host was friendly and attentive. Don't miss the metal sculpture garden and, of course, a winery or two. We enjoyed Sierra Roble and Hawk Watch. Thanks for a great weekend away from the cold mountain temperatures at home.

Wide space sites; adequate tap water source. Friendly camp host.

Nice little campground with a hiking trail. Close enough to town to get any forgotten things. While the trees provide privacy, the campsites are close together.
