Great campground to stay at. Private, spacious sites. Flush toilets and water spigots come in handy, although toilets could use a good cleaning. Love the location and area. Great for hiking. The campground host is very friendly and helpful. Cell coverage is quite good. We will definitely be back.

Bathrooms could use a good cleaning! Otherwise it was a nice campground and the scenery was beautiful. The grounds themselves were nice and not a lot of litter. Large sites and a local store pretty close for those forgotten items. I would go back.

Camp Host is outstanding - Great job Rick. Only thing missing is an RV dump site. Which used to be there. Come on folks, be friendly to the environment!

Campsites are well maintained and good size, restrooms are clean and easily accessible from all campsites. Not too far from home (Temecula). It was a great overall experience and about 30 min from Julian Pie company.

The Camp Host - Rick is the best! Very Helpful, knowledgeable and friendly! Only needed is a RV dump site!

Clean and spacious sites. All spaces are leveled and include a pic-nic table and a fire ring. Least expensive of any campground, with same amenities. Will definitely stay here again.

I ♥️ this place, the best birding and stargazing around. The camp host is a real gem, runs a tight ship with out being an overlord like some. Neat and clean with a great vibe.

Camp host Rick was very helpful. Only about 4 campers during our visit in February.

Oak Grove Campground is a very nice place to camp. It is situated in a lovely valley between Temecula and Warner Springs. The facilities are nice, plenty of restrooms, well-marked and paved sites (most of which are big enough to accommodate a good size RV or camper trailer). There is plenty of space between sites with varying degrees of visual privacy. Best of all is the on-site camp host, Rick, who goes out of his way to make his guests feel welcome and keep the place in shape. Oak Grove is the largest campground in the Cleveland National Forest, so there's plenty of space. There's also a hidden gem across the highway by the fire station - a hiking trail called Oak Grove Trail, a 13-mile out-and-back trail, very pleasant but rated moderate to difficult.
