I loved Little Mill Campground. It was clean and quiet, except about sunset when drivers would race down American Fork Canyon which was a new way to observe the end of the day.

Wonderful teepee perfect size for 4 people. The location of the camp is right against the side of the canyon with creek running next to it. Can’t imagine a more picturesque location to unwind.

1) being adjacent to the highway, made the noise almost unbearable. The later into the night, the more kids raced up and down the canyon reving motors and cranking motors. Not until 2am did the ruckus die down.
2) they replaced the walk-up sites with Yerts that remained empty because they cost too much to reserve. Walk-up sites would have sold out every night.
GET RID OF THE YERTS.

This was a very nice location. American Fork canyon is beautiful and there is so much to do. The only downside to this campground is it's close to the main road and with cars, trucks and razors going down the road it can get noisy. The plus side, it's also right next to the river so a positive and a negative. The campground is very well maintained and the camp hosts are really nice. We will stay here again.
