What Guests Are Saying
Jordan Pines offers a beautiful setting with clean bathrooms and helpful hosts, making it a pleasant experience overall. While the picnic area can be quite sunny and the parking lot needs improvement, many guests enjoyed the spaciousness and cleanliness of the site. However, potential visitors should consider the limitations for large groups and tent camping options.

This is an excellent group campsite. The bathrooms are clean, the picnic tables and cooking areas are sizable and well-maintained. There are plenty of trees and shade and a fantastic hike close by.

It was so clean and the site was wonderful and great access from our home in West Jordan, only 17.3 miles

The campground host was absolutely amazing. He goes above and beyond. He is very friendly, helpful, and prides himself on a clean campground. Best vault toilets I've ever used hahaha!

The camp host was amazing! He was the best I’ve ever encountered. We had some challenges and he helped us work through then to make my daughters wedding truly magical. We highly recommend Jordan Pines with the current host!!

We like the Pine Grove campsite in the Jordan Pines Campground because of it's size and it's location near several hikes you can take. The campsite was clean, water was available.

We enjoyed our stay at the Jordan Pines Campground. The restrooms were close to the site and were clean. The Donuts Falls Trail was within walking distance and really fun. We will definitely stay again at this awesome group site that has plenty of room for tents and outdoor activities.

The group site had lots of room for tents but none of it was shaded compared to other group sites in the same canyon.
The eating area was nice with great tables but it was also full sun during most of the day. And the water spigot knob kept falling off- such an easy fix I'm not sure why it was a problem.
The paths were well maintained and the toilets were kept clean. I am disappointed that we paid more for this group site than the neighboring Spruces but didn't have bathrooms with flushable toilets and a sink for washing hands. This year is the one year it would have been nice to have a sink with running water. And no garbage in the bathroom. There is sign that asks for no garbage to be put in the toilets and I get it, but put a small can in the girls bathroom for feminine needs. It is embarrassing for young girls to have to carry that stuff all around to dispose of and a pain especially at night when garbages are stored in the car. Please allow a garbage to be put in there.
The kids found a couple different places where groups had built a make shift fire pit and started a fire. With fire danger high these should have been dismantled to be discouraged instead of left for others to find and use. If we are supposed to keep fire in a fire pit there needs to be more vigilance in the area.
The caretakers were kind and warned us if the moose in the area. It was fun to see the old moose one of the days. While we had a good time and it was fun, I can see why the Spruces is much more popular.

The campsite is beautiful. The picnic table area stays shaded thru almost the whole day. There are lots of places to put tents. This place is a winner.
