Quiet, beautiful and rustic - the bathrooms on this loop are a little TOO rustic though.

Redman is a great little campground with good access to Salt Lake City and the surrounding ski areas. The campground was clean and well organized but my only issue was water access; our campsite had a spigot at it that didn't work and after subsequent investigation I found that the only water working was outside the restrooms (the water didn't work in the sinks in the restrooms also). To me this was a little disappointing as this should be campground 101 stuff. Otherwise we had a great stay.

One of my favorite campgrounds close to Salt Lake City. I've camped at Redman off and on for over 15 years. The higher elevation generally makes it cooler than the valley. Lot's of shady sites.

We reserved Lower 24 and it perfect! Plenty of room for 10 or so tents. Highly recommended!

Good campsite for a smaller group.it is however one of the closest campsites to the road, but it’s not super noticeable

New metal fire rings with a swivel grilling surface that pivots over top or away from the fire. Very nice to have!

Site 15 as of 6/3/23 has a small stream running through the camp site, our family had to jump the stream to get to the site that we set our tent up. Near the fire pit is also almost washed out. It was still a great time, but just something to be aware of.

Perfect for tents, not great for trailers, as you have to park right next to sites 5 and 6. Beautiful and shady though. Lots of other campsites here that are more private.
