The site is not suitable for trailers. This was not clear from website. Sites are small and hard to back into for anything but a micro trailer. Roads are narrow with tight curves and big rocks beside road. WE tried to cancel a 4-day stay after arriving but had no lock doing so

It's in a great location, close to the city, and mostly shaded. There were some bugs, but not too many in August. We booked site #29, which shares river access with site #30 and is a bit of a walk from the parking area, so keep that in mind. Next time, we'll go with site #28.

Water is still not working. Toilets are honey buckets. It's been 3 years since the avalanche. Seems like a lot to pay for a picnic table and a fire pit.

Site was wonderful. Camp host was MIA for our entire trip- we tried to buy firewood from them but was unable to locate any firewood, we ended up driving back to the city to buy some. Plan to bring your own firewood.

Really enjoyed this campsite. The campsite (30) is large and very secluded from other sites. There are 2 separate places for tents and separate areas where a fire can be built and a picnic table also with a fire pit.

I did not have a very good experience. Half of the campground was closed due to avalanche damage. I think it happened 2 winters ago (2022/2023). Damage still has not been fixed. Bathrooms were closed. Had porta-potties in their place. All the water was shut off so I had to bring my own.

No running water for drinking or for bathrooms. The portable toilets were basically filled to the brim with sewage. There were not any camp attendants. Aside from the above the site was great for a large group.

Beautiful site! Only issue is that the tent site isn’t very big and our 16x8 ozark tent was too large but we made it work the best we could. This site connects to a small stream that meets up with the large river that runs through the canyon. This was a peaceful beautiful spot. No firewood in the area so bring plenty of your own.

Very pretty camping near the city. An avalanche had caused damage so the bathrooms were closed. Porta-potties were OK. Overall, we had a great time.
