A very beautiful spot to be. Try to book early so you can get a spot on the pond. Unfortunately we booked the same weekend another very noisy camper decided to stay. However, after talking to the camp host a ranger was called in to speak to the noisy camper. The situation was dealt with very professionally and the camper quieted down for our second night. Lovely spot for canoeing, kayaking or paddle boarding. We also recommend going to Honeypie, a great family-owned restaurant in Jamaica, VT, just a half-hour drive away.

Grout Pond Campground site 17 was a quiet, secluded car camping site. The campground is just a couple of minutes away from several beautiful trails: Stratton Pond, Stratton Mountain, Branch Pond, Little Rock Pond. Altogether, this location provided us with a welcome summer vacation in the cool Green Mountains.

Incredible location right on the pond. The area was very well taken care of by the host with no trash to be seen in sight. We can't wait to head back again!

We loved everything about our experience camping at Grout Pond. The site was immaculate, completely free of any litter from previous campers. The views are stunning. Well worth the kayak trip to get out there.
