We absolutely love coming to Goose Point. The park is well maintained and kept clean. We loved it so much we did a video with a great review and put it on our YouTube channel.

This is one of the nicest campgrounds we have stayed at. We were on site 20c with an absolutely gorgeous view of the lake going north. The site was flat and easy to set up on with no drainage issues and we had a major storm come through. The bath house is wonderful and always clean. It is easy to access either along the road on sidewalks that shorten the distance. You cannot access the water from our site (15-20' vertical drop) but the boat ramp and swillming area is only a short walk.
We would highly recommend and plan to return next year.

Please make sure phones are working. We tried calling an entire day only to find out the day after that the phone lines had been down for quite awhile. This would help when trying to move campsites when there are cancellations.

We love Goosepoint! Its well patrolled, feels safe with kids and grandkids. Its so natural, no commercialism is sweet! The maintenance people were right on things, after storms that knocked out power to some they were right there. The park rangers present often and the sites were all nice and good size, some much roomier than others. Philpott lake is a perfect example of people working together to keep things nice, keep an eye out for each other- the way it should be. You don’t have to worry about locking everything and people taking things. Nice bathhouse with excellent water pressure.. It’s such a wonderful lake for boating, skiing, pulling floats and pulling into a cove to swim, fish, read, relax. Most everyone is friendly and not a big party place. This is a great place for good children and pets, and people respect each other, understanding about barking dogs and fussy children, a very family atmosphere.

Not any help around when you try to call the office. Constantly loud vehall night, people checking in at exactly 10pm and extremely loud setting up until 2am. Not the peace and quiet it should have been
