Had a great time here at Loft Mountain Campground! I did get sick and had to leave early, but the rangers and hosts were excellent! This is the 2nd time I stayed here, and I loved it both times. Very clean and well taken care of!

Loft Mountain is a great campground at SNP to explaoe the southern section of the park. Great tent campsites, easy to dispose of trash and recycling!
Super efficient check in and ease to get to campsite.

Nicely spaced sites in the woods. Bathrooms climate-controlled and clean. But generator hours not being enforced so can be quite annoying, especially to tent campers. Noise and air pollution in such a beautiful campground.

A nice campground but busy as all NP campgrounds in Shenandoah are. Sites are small, description said there was room for two went but it was tight. Sloped campsites and muddy.

Very welcoming and maintained. Part of the campground is undergoing construction though with little interruption. I'll be back!

Pretty sights and views, clean campsite area, clean facilities, convenience store had a great selection of items. Close to hiking trails, and the drive through the mountains to other trails was equally pretty, lot's of scenic pull offs.
