Sites are not level so be prepared to have the materials needed to level RV. Sites are large and maintained. Quiet. Nice bathhouses and store. Beautiful, scenic drive along parkway!!

This is a great campground, not as crowded as Big Meadows or Matthews Arm. The First Come sites in the A loop are especially nice and have good cell service and local TV coverage. Many sites provide a nice sunset view.

Love Loft Mountain. It is dry camping at its best. Many sites are not Starling friendly, so it is good to scope out the site pics if you plan to use a Starlink. There are very limited spots that can get cellular signal and usually only good enough for a phone call. Don't expect to browse via mobile.
- AT goes right around the campsite
- Campstore is very good but closes by 6pm (I think)
- There are wineries fairly close, but nothing is less than 30 minutes
- No mountain biking in SNP, but you can safely road ride on the Skyline Drive. The climb back up to Loft Man is a beast, so keep that in mind.

Camp store and showers were clean, check in and out was easy, campsite was nicely sized, and everyone was personable. Only issue I had was the womens restroom for the F and G lots had only 1 working sink and toilet so wait times got long in the morning. Other than that it was an amazing experience.

Beautiful time of year. Campground is well maintained. Campground stores have everything you should need and more. My only wish is the campground allowing a larger window for generator time. A little cold in October when solar energy runs out.
