Campground clean with shower/bathrooms cleaned every day. My husband enjoyed kayaking while I relaxed reading a book.
Collinsville only about 20 minutes away, enjoyed antique shops & thrift shops. Very relaxing campground with grounds caretakers keeping everything looking nice.
Have been to Salthouse several times. Thanks

Bug spray for carpenter ants! Better control for all night loud drunks would be nice. Overall would recommend for a visit. Choose your site carefully. Some are very small. Roads are very narrow.

Well its a great campground with a couple of hangup that seems no one will enforce or either they look the other way one is campsites firepits are sometimes full of trash that want burn , 2nd is some pet owners are not picking up behind there pets our 9 yr old slid up in dog poop near the playground equipment so had to deal with a screaming kid while trying to spray them off and im fairly certain she wasnt the only one dont dare walk thru grass after dark other than that wonderful campground
