Salthouse is one of our favorite camping sites. We love the level sites, the clean restrooms, the huge fire pits, and the family feeling there. We've been camping there for many, many years and will continue to camp there in the future. Also love the great rates and the Lifetime Senior Discount there!

We absolutely Salthouse Branch, and continue to go back, over and over! The bathrooms are always super clean, the atmosphere in the lower loop is always great, and the kids have a ball!

From US 220, turn onto Henry Road (SR-605), go 6 miles; turn left onto Knob Church Road and go 2 miles. Turn left onto Salthouse Branch Road and follow signs to the entrance.
GPS Users: Do not use SR-727 (Stoney Brook Lane) or SR-894 (Johnson Hill Road).
The campground is accessible from US 220, which is approximately 6 miles away. Access is also available via Henry Road (SR-605) and Knob Church Road.
