Me and my boyfriend loved it here! A 53 is the perfect site. It is more secluded and not as close to the neighboring sites as others. No showers but no problem we brought a portable hanging shower bag. Bathrooms were very clean! We went the weekend before labor days so it was quieter

Great site. Ranger stopped in to check on us the next morning after we arrived since he wasn’t at station when we arrived. He was very helpful.

Tent only , no generator allowed space. Tent tucked into trees and privacy. Bathrooms clean. Lots of trees. Trace trail nearby.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 4 night stay at the campground. We had expected more people and more noise, but were pleasantly surprised that it was quiet and restful throughout the week and into the weekend. We enjoyed 30+ miles of trails that could be accessed from camp without moving the car. The staff were friendly and helpful. Room for improvement would be in the maintenance of the restrooms, which needed both more thorough cleaning and a refresh paint and trim job. Otherwise we were quite happy and would return.

The campground was clean, quiet and every site had large clean bear boxes. Every site I saw was shaded and tucked among trees.

Enjoyed our time here. Nice hikes from campground and 5 minutes to shop for blackberry ice cream and fire wood.

Hosts and ranger were great! We didn't have reservations, but walk-up was easy. No hookups, if you need solar sites 95 and 97 are good choices. Really good hiking from campground. Deer sightings!

It was impossible to reserve another night at the campground, it had to be done online, there is no cell service at the campground, so the nearest place to reserve online it’s about 25 mi away. This is unacceptable as the campground should be able to make reservations on site.
