I stayed here because it is so near Natural bridge. I was glad to find a nearby convenience store and local firewood.

Loved this gem that we found! Very quiet and free hot showers were an added bonus. Not a lot of folks and the location is perfect. Wish we had brought out swimsuits for the small lake and had a robust hike on Wildcat trail. First time camping since I was a kid and so glad I spent it here with my son on his first camping trip. Avoid the crowds and stay here - or don’t stay so there are less crowds for me.

Clean and beautiful camp site with bathrooms nearby. Good hiking trails and fun lake for fishing and swimming. Remote enough it feels like a get away, close enough to a small town in case anything is forgotten. Will be back

Great place to camp! Most sites have ample room for 2-3 tents and 1-2 cars. Sites by the creek were idyllic and helped block out the noise from the big family reunion party happening around us. Sites and bathhouse were kept clean. Lake was close by and made for a fun place to swim or picnic and play in the sand.
Only 3 of the 4 showers were open/available so there was a line in the evenings.
There were no sinks for washing dishes and there were signs not to wash dishes at the water hydrants/pumps. It was a bit confusing and we ended up scraping food in dishes well washing at the pumps.
Close to Natural Bridge and Museum. Pay to get in but it was worth it. It’s a majestic natural site with a cave and waterfall feature, and a fun easy walk for little kids.
No camp store to buy ice and wood. But lots of little stores about 5-10 minutes drive to get ice and homes that sold fire wood.

The place is nice but could improve. The lake is not the best that I have experienced but is ok. The camp host wasn’t very friendly or welcoming like in other places. Hard to navigate around without someone to explain things (but nobody did).

Awesome area. I'm sad to see the FCFS campsites are gone. This used to be a hidden gem, now its book solid during the season. The Showers were a little buggy (individual shower rooms). People tend to leave the doors open. But good water and clean.
