Very clean facilities & nicely kept campsites. My group camped the weekend after Labor Day and you could hardly tell! Our firepit did need to be dug out as there was a lot of ash in the bottom of it.

The group campsites were HUGE! There appeared to be a very nice bathhouse under construction, which I’m guessing should be finished or open by now. It was a bit of an inconvenience with just the 2 outhouses for all of the group camping. Other than that, I can’t wait to come back! Sherando Lake is so convenient to all of the nice hikes and breweries in Nelson County :)
