What Guests Are Saying
Charbonneau Park and Campground is praised for its beautiful, well-maintained grounds, spacious sites, and friendly staff, making it a popular spot for relaxation and outdoor activities, particularly near the river. Many reviews highlight the park's cleanliness and peaceful atmosphere, with some recommending it for RV camping due to limited water hookups. While there are some concerns about understaffing and the need for restroom upgrades, overall, visitors express a strong desire to return and enjoy the park's scenic views and community feel.

While not all rv spots have full hookups, the park is well maintained and in a beautiful setting.

Fun but was smokey from all the fires.

We really loved this campground, unfortunately we had to leave a day early due to thick smoke from the forest fires. Without that we would have had a great weekend. The water area here is perfect and there is a lot of space for our large family. The bathrooms were very clean.

Very nicely kept grounds. Even in this trying Covid times, we felt safe. Friendly staff. I'm sure we will be visiting again.

Very well maintained park. Only downside was the tack weeds (goat heads) along the paths to the water. Good spacing between RV sites and quiet at night.

Nice park. Second time using for a stop over, the misquotes we very happy to see us again. The camp host is great, I understand that they have hosted here for several seasons.
