We love this place, it was our 2nd year back. A small little campground (30ish sites) with plenty of little spots to hang by the river. The hosts are responsive and friendly.

Spacious, well-situated sites in lush forest with several access points to the gentle creek. Fresh water and clean, well-stocked loos. Only 4.5 miles drive to beautiful, accessible Panther Falls and easy drive as well to Falls Creek Falls hike. Have recommended to friends and hope to return soon.

Somewhat primitive campground with dusty roads and sites. It's lush and next to a beautiful creek and abundance of birds.

We were in site 28 close to the path to the stream. Super clean, very fun and the location to Gifford Pinchot Park sites was fantastic. Falls Creek Falls hike was excellent! Note that potable water was not available during our stay.

This has been our favorite place to camp
The hosts have been great and have taken care of issues if need be. This place is always clean and you feel at ease while there. 2019 host Brian was super, he was always visible.
I just hope we can continue to expect the same in the future. We hear there might be a change coming, this does worry us. Our fingers are crossed as we plan on two trips this year to panther creek camp

Great site. We stayed in #3 the tent space is hidden from the road so you have privacy. We noticed other spots were fully in the open. The creek is in walking distance and the waterfall is not too far up the road.

Pros: clean restrooms, firewood available, well maintained grounds.
Cons: for a place named Panther Creek, there sure was a shortage of pathers. I was disappointed to not see a single kitty cat throughout our stay.

The sites are quite private with foliage in between them. If you go on the weekend, I would recommend bringing earplugs because other campers tend to be loud. Overall, this is a nice campground that is not too far from Portland.
