About Paradise Creek Campground

Paradise Creek sits at the confluence of Paradise Creek and the Wind River, nestled under an old-growth forest of cedars, firs, alder and maples. The sites by the river enjoy privacy from an abundance of lush undergrowth, while the other sites have a more open and spacious feel. The campground's remote location is ideal for campers seeking a quiet and relaxed environment.

Peaceful, beautiful and very well kept campground. It’s worth the extra push to go here from Beaver or Panther Creek Campgrounds. We landed on a Wednesday afternoon and there were plenty of FCFS spots but by Friday early they were booked. We had the perfect spot along the creek which aloud for our own private little oasis. There’s a couple trails to explore right from the campground that were fun. Having no cell service was a bonus! Jason the camp host is a very knowledgeable nice guy and has his version of “google” and “google maps” which was super helpful.

Lovely campground, very peaceful. Actually saw several owls! Also, perhaps the best camp host we’ve encountered. Helpful, made available a bunch of his own maps and books, and super friendly. Bathrooms were very clean and shockingly not smelly for vault toilets

We stayed at site 13 and thought it was a great spot for river access. All shade, great campground, clean, host was awesome. Only a very small/limited river access directly next to the camp but still nice for the kids. There is so much forest surround this site, you really are in the middle of nowhere. Lots of wildlife. Plenty of hiking nearby. Lakes nearby would make great day time activities if you drive there from the campground. Large camp spaces. Dog friendly. Zero cell service.

Best camp host ever. We’ve had him as camp host at other campgrounds previous years and we’re excited to find him here. He really gets to know the area and has tons of information. He is active in patrolling and making sure everyone is having a wonderful experience.
